Exhibitors continue to be an important part of the conference experience. There will be one-hundred-twenty spaces available. All breaks and receptions are held in the exhibit area. Attendees must pass through the exhibit area when entering the general session. Exhibitors receive maximum exposure for their products and services with this format. Exhibit space will be released on a first come, first served basis. Please note that exhibit sales are only open for 2007 exhibitors until September 1st. Exhibit sales will then open up to DBA International Members also for 30 days. On October 1st, any remaining space left open on the exhibit floor will be opened up for booth sales to all other industry organizations.

Exhibitor Door Prize Drawings
The Exhibitor’s Reception will be held Wednesday evening, February 6th from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. in the exhibit area.
Each exhibitor is encouraged to have their own door prizes and a box or bowl in which to place business cards. Winners will be announced during the Exhibitor Reception. Winners can claim their prize at the exhibitor’s booth.
Exhibit fees include two registrations to the Convention. Additional exhibitor badges are available at member conference rates based on the date of registration. Conference registrants, who reserve a room and stay at the Mirage Casnio-Hotel at the conference rate will receive a $185 credit on their hotel bill at check out. Room reservations booked through discount brokers and online services such as Orbitz, Expedia or others, will not qualify for the room credit.
To secure your booth, simply download and complete the Exhibitor Contract and mail or fax with your full payment. Contracts may be faxed to 703.610.9005 to the attention of Derek Jenks or mailed to DBA International, ATTN: Derek Jenks, 8201 Greensboro Drive, STE 300, McLean, VA 22102. No space will be assigned unless full payment has been received at our office.

Cancellation Clause:
The Association incurs expenses with the hotel, so we must therefore, pass some of this expense on to the company canceling. The following is a breakdown of cancellation charges. The Cancellation Clause applies to all exhibitors
and sponsors.
- Canceling before December 4, 2007, full refund.
- Canceling between December 4, 2007
and January 11, 2008, 50% refund.
- Canceling on or after January 11, 2008. NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS.
