Executive Director Announcement

The DBA International has begun their search for its Executive Director.  DBA is seeking an individual to lead this dynamic organization who is either an experienced association executive or known leader within the debt buying community and who possesses the management and operational skills to successfully head DBA International (a 501c6 non-profit association.)

The ideal candidate will be experienced in financial services, event production, and public speaking and be capable of creating and running marketing campaigns to attract and retain DBA members. This candidate would be invested in and be committed to the long-term success of DBA and its growth.  The ideal candidate must possess the ability to work well with strong personalities while understanding the special issues of its members. The ideal candidate must have sufficient presence to represent DBA programs to members, prospective members, and other stakeholders and be adept at maintaining relationships with other association leaders, lobbyist, legislators and other related companies working within the industry and in some cases outside of the industry. The candidate would also possess the character and sensitivity to serve peers in a staff capacity.  Finally, they must have the ability to earn the trust and confidence of the DBA Board.
