PLEASE CALL OR WRITE NEW YORK SENATORS TO OPPOSE S4398-A

This week is (hopefully) the final week of session for the New York Legislature. As you may be aware, the Consumer Credit Fairness Act passed the New York Assembly. Members are asked to call or write the following New York Senators to oppose this legislation and attached is a sample letter that may be used for either talking points to a senator or to send.
