RETREAT REGISTRATION FEE: $995 for all attendees
**Please note that attendance is limited to two representatives from each Professional or Standard Member Firm, and one representative from each Affiliate Member Firm, if space allows. |
SPOUSE REGISTRATION FEE:
Registration fee for all spouses is $250. Spouse registration is for attendance to the welcome reception on June 17th and the group dinner on June 18th. |

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION CLAUSE:
The following is a breakdown of cancellation charges. The Cancellation Clause applies to all registrants. You may substitute an attendee if they are employed by the same company. Request must be done in writing to info@dbainternational.org |
- Canceling on or before May 21, 2008: Full Refund.
- Canceling between May 22, 2008 - June 1, 2008: 50% Refund.
- Canceling on or after June 2, 2008: NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS.
