CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMES:
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Every effort is made to accomodate guests arriving before the check-in time. However, rooms may not be immediately available. Check out time is 12:00 p.m. We do ask that attendees of this event check out prior to the commencement of any meetings being held on departure day. Luggage storage is available at the bell stand. |
EARLY DEPARTURE FEE:
The hotel shall not charge an early departure fee if an attendee with a reserved room within the Group's block checks out prior to the reserved checkout date. The hotel shall ask each attendee upon check-in to confirm their departure date, which may be changed without penalty. |
HOTEL CANCELLATION:
Registrants canceling rooms less than 72 hours in advance of arrival will incur one-night room and tax charge. The Hotel shall allow name changes without penalty. |
